Q. How can I become a Carlyle Finance Dealer?
A. Click on the contact us tab, or click on the on-line assistant, and request your local Account Manager to make contact.

Q. Do you have the lowest rates?
A. Wer're here to provide the best possible deal for you our partner, and for your customers. That doesn't always mean providing the lowest headline rate: the right finance package is about much more than that. Just like the cheapest car isn't necessarily the best. We offer a number of very competitive commission schemes through which we aim to improve your bottom- line, acting as your partner and consultant for the long- term.

Q. Do you underwrite Sub-Prime business?
A. No. We are a prime company that offers a prime service.

Q. How long does it take to get an answer on a proposal?
A. If you utilise our NEXUS system you can get a decision usually within 3 minutes, otherwise we typically respond within an hour.

Q. How do you pay me for the deals?
A. Like all modern motor finance companies we will send the balance to your account by BACS. We have more to offer than dropping off cheques and collecting documents.

Q. I've only heard of you recently, are you a new business?
A. Carlyle Finance has been in the UK motor finance market for nearly 40 years. Since we were acquired by FirstRand in 2006 we have made a significant investment in growing our company, brand and national coverage. We are now one of the fastest growing motor finance companies in the UK.

Q. How can you really add value to me?
A. We can add benefit to your business in countless ways- finance, new products, training and added benefits for your customers. Your local Account Manager can talk you through the options and agree an individual action plan for your company. If you feel that all you need is the lowest rate and an on-line proposal system, then you may choose not to work with Carlyle Finance. 

Q. Do you sell anything else to my customers?
A. Our customer service team aim to make a welcome call to each customer to ensure they are satisfied with our service and commence discussions regarding GAP and PPI insurance. With so many dealers not being FSA-authorised to sell insurance this is the most prudent way to ensure each customer is aware of their options. We are the most successful PPI and GAP insurance provider in Motor Finance with customer approval rates above 94%.

Outside of this welcome call there is no selling of other loan products to the customer - we are truly dealer dedicated.
