Breeze

Breeze is a Hire Purchase product, but with a neat difference. For cars up to 5 years old and terms of up to 48 months Carlyle Finance recognises that the car will have a future value (the 'residual value') and can use that to reduce the fixed monthly payments agreed at the outset, making the monthly payments lower than they might otherwise have been.

When the final payment becomes due the customer can then pay the final residual value in full or part exchange the car and pay off the residual value and use the equity remaining in the car to put down a deposit on their next car.

The residual value is agreed subject to make, model, annual mileage and the period of the finance agreement.
